I grew up in the U.K. and spent my early career near London until I moved to the U.S. in 1993. After a short stint working at Stanford University, I responded to a job ad through an agency based in Palo Alto. The employees seemed to really enjoy their work, which was connecting outstanding professionals with exceptional companies. When they offered me a job to join their team, I said “Yes!”

That was the beginning of a 20-plus-year career as a professional recruiter, working for many different types of companies – from exciting start-ups to Fortune 500s in the Silicon Valley, New York, Europe and Australia. I have placed countless people in amazing jobs, and I feel so fortunate to have worked with such incredible talent and clients.

Armed with years of recruiting experience, coupled with my passion for mentoring and helping others, I am now also offering personalized, career coaching.

Over the years, I have had an opportunity to coach returning-to-work parents, professionals at career crossroads, and recent college grads who are ready to jump-start their careers. Nothing is more rewarding than knowing that I have helped others to challenge themselves to reach their goals, whatever those goals might be.
